Playtick ("we", "us") operates Sanctuary: Bible Art Jigsaw (the "Game") and this support website. This policy explains how information is handled when you play, visit this website or contact us. The privacy contact is playtick.support@gmail.com.
Game information
The Game stores puzzle progress, unfinished puzzles, your collection, coin and hint balances, daily-puzzle history, settings and a record of active purchases on your device. The Game has no Playtick account or Playtick-operated cloud save, and we do not receive these records.
The Game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location, and it does not read your photo library. If you choose to share a finished artwork, your device's share sheet handles the image; if you choose to save it to your photos, your device may ask for permission to add it.
Your choice on first launch
When you first open the Game, it asks whether you allow analytics and advertising. Until you choose "Allow", analytics, crash reporting and advertising services are not started. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Analytics & videos. On iOS, the use of your device's advertising identifier also depends on your App Tracking Transparency choice.
Analytics and crash reports
With your permission, the Game uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the Game is used, such as which puzzles are started and completed, and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes. These services process an app instance identifier, device model, operating-system version, app version, approximate region derived from IP address, gameplay events and crash diagnostics.
The Game also uses Firebase Remote Config to receive game settings, such as event schedules. This involves an app instance identifier and basic device and app information. See Firebase privacy information and Google's privacy policy.
Advertising
With your permission, the Game uses AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners to show optional reward videos and occasional ads between puzzles. Ads are never shown while you are solving a puzzle. These services may process IP address and approximate location, advertising or device identifiers (where permitted), device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostic information, for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and consent management.

Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to confirm, restore and manage purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, product and transaction information, store receipts and subscription status. We do not receive your full payment-card details. This website and support email
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load advertising, or use third-party tracking scripts. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes ordinary request information, which can include IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser information and referring page, to deliver the website, investigate errors and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and purchase references you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request. Our support mailbox is hosted by Google's Gmail service. Please send only information relevant to the issue.
Purposes, sharing and processing grounds
We use information to operate the Game and website, fulfill purchases, respond to requests, improve the Game, show ads, manage your privacy choices, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive the information needed for their services. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users and our services.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention, deletion and security
Local records remain on your device until removed by you or the operating system. Uninstalling or clearing app data may delete progress and unspent balances; active purchases can be restored from the store. We cannot remotely erase data stored only on your device.
Website request information is handled under Cloudflare's retention rules. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle requests, related disputes or applicable legal obligations. Analytics, crash, advertising and purchase providers apply their own retention rules.
We use HTTPS for this website and restrict administrative access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and policies.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact playtick.support@gmail.com. We will assess requests under applicable law and may need proportionate information to verify a request. Where a provider controls the relevant data, we may direct you to that provider or assist with an appropriate request.
Children and updates
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Playtick, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes requiring additional notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
